Member’s Responsibilities for Meetings

• If you cannot attend a meeting, call the person who is responsible and let them know that you will not be attending.
  Get an update from someone who does attend. Please make every effort to attend all meetings and keep your dues  current.
  A $5.00 charge will be levied for meetings where you do not let the host know that you will miss the meeting (other than for work or an emergency).
• If more than 50% of the group cannot make a meeting it should be rescheduled for a different date by the person having the meeting.
• If the person having the meeting has a conflict and the majority of the club can make it,
  try to switch with someone else and let the other members know of the change in location.
• All member's dues will be paid up prior to any given trip.

Guest Policy

• Guests may only attend when one of the members cannot make a trip.
• Guests will be charged $30.00 per day with a minimum stay of 3 days.
• The $30.00 will be charged for half days (i.e., first day and last day).
• The charge for a normal trip will be $180.00.
• The club member who doesn’t attend will be reimbursed for a portion of their dues through the charges paid by the guest. 
      The club will determine the amount of reimbursement at a meeting following the trip.

Expenses Covered by the Club During Trips

• All expenses paid by the club, for the spring and fall trips, include food, lodging, beer, and ice.
• Each boat team is responsible for their fuel.
